A quiet revolution.
A lasting purpose.
The art of connecting capital, essential infrastructure and human progress. This is NEC Suria Asset.

Born from an energy vision.
Built around the real economy.
NECSA translates NEC’s PowerFreedom ambition into a financing pathway for Malaysia’s energy transition. It connects eligible capital with projects that combine solar photovoltaic generation, energy storage and intelligent control.
The proposition begins with a practical need: organisations require energy to operate, but a major infrastructure investment can compete with the capital they need for growth.
Through project ownership and long-term energy-service arrangements, the programme seeks to bridge that gap.
From energy need
to productive infrastructure.
NEC’s ecosystem brings together energy solutions and project delivery. NECSA provides the programme framework for financing eligible assets. NEUCU originates and facilitates funding and deployment opportunities.
Each opportunity moves through technical and commercial assessment, documentation and the relevant approvals before implementation. Once operational, contracted energy-service payments form the project’s revenue base.
Explore NEC’s NECSA overviewUnderstand the need
Assess the site, electricity profile, operating requirements and the customer’s ability to support a long-term energy-service arrangement.
Structure the project
Establish the technical scope, project economics, contractual obligations and applicable funding and security arrangements.
Deliver and operate
Coordinate qualified implementation partners and ongoing performance monitoring for the agreed energy-service scope.
Beyond a transaction.
Towards a legacy.
We see energy as a foundation for shared progress. Capital has a role to play in building that foundation — thoughtfully, practically and over the long term.
